"I received my weekender pack but not the YouTube link for classes. When I emailed customer services i just got an AI generated reply to say they couldn't link my email address with an order and to write again using the correct email address. How do you argue or explain simple things to a robot?"

Paid way too much

"The product was as expected—and it’s really great. BUT: It took over 2 weeks, and shipping for a letter cost 20 euros, plus I had to pay another 55 euros in customs duties and fees. I expected to pay customs duties, but I would have expected more „help“ from Spellbinder UK, which is responsible for shipping products to Europe. P. S. jacksonsartsupplies (UK art seller) performs better when it comes to shipping So i will never buy from there again . Sorry."
