Dispatch & customer service needs improvement

"I had some issues with this shop. It was apparent my order had been forgotten about, I chased it up with customer service and had to have quite a bit of back and forth with an AI who couldn’t find any evidence of the order. I asked to speak to a person to look into it, I didn’t get a reply but the order was eventually dispatched."

Quality effect

"Another brilliant colour for sentiments and bells, bows, pine cones, ect, anything for special effects."
