Good variety

"I like the variety of words in this set, I did find however that a couple of the dies didn’t cut as well as they would normally do from Spellbinders so I gave up using them. Shame, I will try again with them and use extra shims (I did use a shim) but found I couldn’t really use them this year as I didn’t have time."

Poor customer service

"I ordered a matching stamp and die set along with other products. The die was out of stock, which they knew prior to the parcel being dispatched as ‘refunded’ was hand written, instead of contacting me before sending the parcel. The die was only £3 for which I got a refund, but I then didn’t want the stamp. I contacted customer service pointing out that they should have made contact as now it was going to cost me more than £3 to send the stamp back. I’d already paid £5 for delivery. Not good customer service from a world wide craft supplier and I didn’t even get a response to my last email."
