So frustrating to deal with…

"Ordered a small stamp pad to accompany at stamp that my son had bought for his teacher. It took so long to be dispatched, much less delivered, that is missed the date we needed it for. I emailed multiple times to try to get answer and the responses I got were curt and unhelpful. Instead of supporting an independent business which is what I try to do, I ended up having to order a different stamp pad from Amazon. Over a week after purchasing, the pad finally arrived. I asked how to return it and was told I would have to organise my own return paying my own return postage as it wasn’t their fault. Obviously when ordering something so small, the postage to return it is half the cost of the item… so it’s sitting in a cupboard and every time I look at it, it winds me up… I wish I read all of the reviews on trustpilot about how awful the company is before ordering from them- would have saved myself time and money."
